Mr. Santos was a gem, efficiently handling my luggage with care and a friendly demeanor, making my arrival stress-free.
Ms. Balihar, the housekeeper, kept my suite fresh and spotless, adding a personal touch with a kind note that made me feel truly valued. The suite was modern, spacious, and quiet with great city views and prime location.
