Negatives: Upon arrival the place appeared to have many homeless people living in the rooms below. There was a lot of shouting and dogs barking as well. When reception told me specifically to park outside reception as there was a surveillance camera I knew we were in a shady hotel. Upon going to the room the metal doorframe had evidence of break in. We felt really uncomfortable for our safety. Needless to say we got up early and vacated very early.. funnily so did everyone else.. not that there were actually many people staying. AVOID AT ALL COSTS..

Negatives: The facility was not what I expected when I arrived. It has shared with ?

Negatives: Outside of building needs cleaning and repairs…cigarette butts in the staircase, old wood flooring on walkway, showing general lack of care. Noise from the parking lot behind the building kept us awake.

Negatives: everything

Negatives: wooded walking make shift panels, ripped screen fence by stairs can be an extreme hazard, air conditioned too loud and didn’t reach bedroom, apparently homeless people living on other side, cops were there upon arrival which made us feel worried and unsafe, bathroom too tight, tub was stained and filthy.

Negatives: There was an incident which involved loud voices during the night. “Non-smoking” was not stringently enforced. Though rooms were allocated as such, many patrons were smoking outside which infiltrated into the room.

Negatives: I understand that you need to help the housing and homelessness however pride in ownership of a property nasty Stained tub stains on carpet manky couch and chair but clean outside of the property dirty poorly lit stairwells dirty handrail no flooring huge pot hole in parking lot.

Negatives: My husband didn't sleep well as he could hear a continuous noise from the bathroom. It was like a motor running. It was not the extractor fan as that was switched off.

Negatives: I didn't feel safe. There was a homeless community staying on the other side of the motel that I was not made aware of when booking.
