Positives:
We appear to have been the only people staying as we never saw another guest during our 24 hrs stay there which I guess is a bonus? Being a new hotel every thing was and smelt new which was pleasant
Negatives:
We had lunch at your premises and it was clear it was franchised, and not run by the hotel, which was frustrating as we couldn't put drinks or food on the hotel bill and had to keep presenting our credit cards. The same applied to breakfast but that was even more odd, as we were given menus as we walked in the door, and were not allowed to sit down until all five of our family had chosen what to eat and that again our credit card was paid,
The selection was poor and the old favorite of many tourists, being the "english" breakfast did not appear. The early evening meal was more than adequate and well cooked, but the breakfast was at best 2 out of 5 with a v limited choice.These were the only faults, but were enough for us not to stay at the hotel again until the payment for food/drinks can be put on the hotel bill as is normal world wide, as constant credit card presentation is a bind,
plus the breakfast is improved, as I suspect much of it was warmed up in a microwave not freshly cooked.

Wish they have laundry room, definitely recommendable for tourists. driving distance to Richmond and vancouver is very convenient
