I paid for a king suite and was checked into a double in the oldest part of the hotel. There were bags of garbage in the hallway and puke that haven’t been cleaned up. The room smelt horrible. I complained about it being the wrong room as the king suite price was higher. I was moved to another room the next floor up. The bathroom had a huge ring around it and the water barely came out of the faucet, and it had boogers in the tub. In the bathroom between the toilet and tub there was a broken crack pipe laying on the floor. The place is dirty. I’ve stayed here many times when it was the stone bridge and it was great. This place has gone down hill fast with the new name and new owners.

Positives:
All rooms have been freshly painted in modern neutrals with corresponding modern design. Bed was very comfortable with soft linens. Fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker in our room. Bathroom was extremely clean with new grout. Raddison has recently taken over this hotel and is currently renovating rooms, floor by floor. The 6th floor renovation is nearing completion. The rest of the hotel will be renovated floor by floor (according to front desk staff). Front lobby has been renovated. Breakfast buffet was broad (2 types of eggs, bacon, sausage, make your own waffles, yogurt, apples/oranges, bread/toast, coffee, tea, juice, cookies, 5 types of cereal, oatmeal, muffins). Hotel is very clean and neat, and is currently a fantastic value. The photos are accurate. Staff was very cordial and attentive. Attached restaurant (run & owned by different people) currently open for breakfast and lunch. Reopening for dinner again soon (I was told).
Negatives:
Nothing to complain about. I don’t know what other reviewers of this hotel are taking issue with. This is not the Ritz Carlton in NYC, and neither is it priced that way. The value for this well run, clean hotel is exceptional.
