Found it very clean on the outside as well as the inside

Just that I thought kids had to be out of the pool at 9 pm we went down to enjoy hot tub but we didn’t last long there was 10 Kids from soccer team that was there in the pool they were so loud it just echo through the whole pool area we had to leave we couldn’t even talk to each other it was like being in a loud night club we weren’t able to enjoy out hot tub I do understand kids are kids staff should check and make sure the kids are out for people to go and enjoy the pool area I did see 2 people walk out when they saw what was going on

Everything was great except the main problem was that through booking.com I booked a particular suite with two rooms Two queen beds in one room and a fold out couch in the other. It cost more but Ive stayed in that room before so I knew what I was getting and suited my family. The pictures on booking.com are exactly what I wanted and how I had booked before with no problem The desk staff gave me a regular room. I told him that wont work for me. This is the one I booked and it was a bit of an inconvenience going back-and-forth before they finally gave me a suite that only had one king size bed. They said it was booking.coms fault , so Im not really sure what happened, but it is disappointing to show up and not get what you expected and paid for. We were a bed short and had to improvise and they dont offer cots or anything, so that was definitely not pleasant.
