Positives: For someone with a court appointment the next day, the location is good. The front desk night staff did try to help but he simply cannot make a silk purse from a sow's ear.

Negatives: Maybe deodorize the rooms if possible. The first non-smoking room we were offered smelled like a wet ashtray which had been sprayed with Febreeze. The second was better but still poorly cleaned, stinking of smoke and even had a cigarette butt left on the inside window sill.

Negatives: Place was a little run down with paint chipped on the walls and in the hallways, and threadbare linens. Breakfast was very minimal and not very clean. The cutlery was in a communal jar and everyone could touch it. There were no forks.
