My fee included continental breakfast which was excellent. My favourite cereal: cinnamon crisp, toast that I put in the toaster and was hot, cream cheese and peanut butter plus coffee - perfect!

Nothing. A deposit was taken when I arrived and when I checked out the manager quickly checked my room and refunded the deposit immediately.

We booked a Junior Suite with Balcony on the 7th of January for our arrival on February 26th - however on arrival we were told that we were able to get a room with a Balcony as they were all taken. I'm very disappointed as I booked this type of room specifically for a reason and it had been payed for in full prior to arrival.This is unexceptable and false advertising If they allowed us to book a room with a Balcony knowing it was already booked or even worse if they booked our room out after we had already booked it and payed in ful. The staff were unhelpful, the hotel has an unpleasant odor, the bed was hard, and we found an old used tissue in a draw obviously cleaning standards are very poor. Would not recommend

The breakfast was not as good as usual - no batter for the waffle maker, very few bagels, just felt like staff were not paying any attention to the breakfast room. It was better in the past.

The male Guest Service Agent was not friendly. Although the room appeared satisfactory at first glance, upon closer inspection, it was evident that the bed linens had not been replaced and were unclean. Additionally, there were food remnants inside the bed, indicating that it had not been properly cleaned or refreshed. Moreover, the coffee machine was dirty and had not been cleaned.
