The lotion in the dispenser could not come our. The drapes were very old so the blackout did not work too well. The restaurant had only 1 server at dinner, and it was a long weekend and very busy. The lamp on the desk table did not work, the button of the turn on/off was missing.

The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel and specifically the guest rooms needs significant improvement. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke that was being covered up by a plug in floral air freshener. The door locking device stopped working on our second day and the shower curtain and rod came out of the wall and fell on top of me while trying to start the shower.
