The breakfast was good but felt that some of the waitresses services were off to non Caucasian. Was their with a family 7 and just observing thru the couple hours we were there it's pretty sad. Honestly I won't go eat there again but the food is good

Love the venue, but not...
Positives:
We loved the pool area!. Nice spacious pool too. Hotel staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful. Nice location, just across the highway from the mall, which was great since we came for the shopping!
Negatives:
The fact that the pool area only opens at 9 am. Would be nice if it could open a bit earlier. Other hotels we've stayed at you could access the pool as early as 7 am, and my kids always like a morning swim before we leave.

easy access from the highway, bed were nice. Water was hot in suite

we booked the hotel for the hot tub and it was hardly hot on the Saturday night we stayed. Then ?Sunday it was lukewarm and dirty looking water. Maintenance had been informed Sunday and then the pool and tub were shut down on Monday family day weekend. We had skied at Sun peaks and were very disappointed about the hot tub.
Room could use a central overhead light..it was kind of a dim room. Bath room had no exhaust fan so mirror steamed up when having a shower and did not clear when you needed to shave.
