Good Value Down Town
Negatives:
Our room was very dirty, sheets were used. So we changed room, that was dirty too but we just didn’t want to waste our time anymore. I would not stay in this hotel anymore, I have no idea how is it possible that it has 4 stars… the Front Desk lady was very nice tho. there was a party in the restaurant under the hotel so if you want to sleep before midnight, no chance. The hallways were very dirty. The breakfast was poor as well. Not recommend this place at all.

I had booked a queen room that turned out to be overbooked and was upgraded to a king suite. It was really comfortable, had everything I needed including a microwave. The hotel is on the older side but has some upgrades like heaters and the bed. The bed was so comfortable. Not too soft, not too firm.
Negatives:
The music and chatter from the pub below and the booming base from a hotel private party made it incredibly difficult to fall asleep. Would not recommend this hotel on weekends if you want to fall asleep before midnight.

It is a cool old hotel; it has a lot of character! The executive chef chatted us up when we came down for breakfast - he told us some interesting old stories/history of the hotel and that it was built in 1928! It's been modernized but a lot of the old dcor is still in place.
