Little touches that need to be fixed make such a notable difference. Something as simple as the missing tub stopper in my room which left the appearance of an open sewer pipe when looking at the drain

Room was very small for a suite, tiny bathroom, small bedroom. Bedspread was stained, sheets for the hideabed were worn almost through, toilet seat was broken. Ice machine was broken.
