Positives:
Very modern hotel, but comfortable. Breakfast was great. Lots of selection - more than a continental breakfast. Liked the Starbucks coffee. Lots of tables available to eat at. The hotel room was large with a separate area for a sectional couch, separated by a partial screen.
Negatives:

Positives:
The included breakfast is a buffet and it is good. The place is very clean and modern-looking. There is a fitness room on the main floor next to the swimming pool which is great. There are computers with Internet and a printer in the main lobby for guests to use.
Negatives:
The line up to get breakfast can get very busy during the weekend breakfast hours. I made the mistake of staying here over the Thanksgiving Day long weekend and the line-up to get breakfast was longer than the Great Wall of China. It is located in central Kelowna so NOT many amenities were close by. I had to take Uber every time I head out. The air-conditioning is too noisy and sounds like a locomotive train. The pillows on the bed are small. The elevators can get very busy on weekends. You have to wait in line to use the elevator. I had to take the stairs most of the time. The floors are thin and so if there is a child running around on the floor above, you can hear the child screaming, crying and feet-stomping which can wake you up in the middle of the night.
