Positives: The location is great.

Negatives: To start with the check in has no parking, poor signage, not obvious way to entrance, grumpy staff, very basic front desk area, and rooms are weirdly set up with very small vanity and bathroom followed by a large closet and random couch in the way of walking around, uncomfortable beds, and noisy roads and neighborhoods. All in all we will not bother to stay at that Prestige ever again.

Positives: That it was close to restaurants and shopping.

Negatives: The picture is very deceiving, it was on the corner of a very busy street. Our view sucked. The beds are hard, the rooms are tiny. For the price I found it to be awful. I’ve stayed downtown Vancouver for cheaper in a much nicer hotel.

Positives: The staff was helpful and friendly and helped as soon as called. It has a nice bed and bedding.

Negatives: The hotel rooms and public spaces are shabby at best. While it has been renovated recently, it appears to not be fully renovated (ie: paint on the door frames not entirely to the floor) and the quality of the renovations is poor. The baseboards and tile walls and tile floors in the room were dirty. It's downtown location is a bit sketchy as well.
