Positives:
The check-in and out staff were very professional and friendly and great breakfast. This hotel was difficult to get to off the highway. The rooms were very clean and good sized
Negatives:
After travelling all day we were looking forward to a relaxing night and a good sleep. We were put in room 121 which is the closest room to the reception area. We could hear people all night walking passed our room then the people above us were banging around until 1am and up at 6am. We did complain but it didn’t really help. Then to add to the noise 121 is right next to the kitchen so you can hear the staff preparing the breakfast and talking very loud. The hotel did give us $50 refund and did apologize but this stay ended our holiday in a bad way.

The property is noisy at night due to the busy location
Plastic utensils and paper plates at breakfast is terrible for the environment and totally unsustainable. This needs to be changed ASAP.

We stayed here for 3 nights, the pool was nice and it was convenient to have a variety of restaurants right outside, this one is the most recommended IHG hotel on this long trip.
