Between Monday, May 29th, 2023 at midnight and Thursday, Jun 1st, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Jun 1st, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 1, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Positives: Location good. Very near the Arts Theatre where we were going. Great choice of restaurants nearby. Bed very comfortable. Great complimentary breakfast.

Negatives: Although there was a thermostat control on the wall, it either didn't work or was disconnected, meaning we could not regulate the temperature in the room. There was an ice machine but no water station. Plastic cutlery and paper plates at breakfast.
