The A/C was too loud. Had to turn on the AC in another bedroom and keep doors open.

Really liked Not having ashtrays on ground outside every room which just encourages my neighboring guests to loiter and smoke outside my window. Thank you
Negatives:
Small inconvenience as a solo traveller, I didn't really mind, but probably would be more inconvenient for couples to have to use kitchen sink for brushing teeth and shaving etc due to absence of sink in bathroom. This feature is a plus however if you view it as allowing a kitchenette in same square footage not possible having sink in bathroom.
Overall, room was best value for money on recent trip involving 6 different accomodations!

Positives:
This was our second stay at Knights Inn and it is a perfectly good alternative to the expensive newer hotels in Merritt. Also, there is a new breakfast diner across the street - great spot!
Negatives:
On our first stay, we had a spacious, renovated suite. I would ask for it next time (though likely at a higher cost) rather than a small and more dated room. The bed was comfortable though and everything was spotless.

Front desk staff was wonderful. I was very appreciative of them being able to accommodate us at the last minute.

Coffee pot and some lights not working. Minor things though.
