Between Tuesday, Apr 29th, 2025 at midnight and Wednesday, Apr 30th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Apr 30th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 30, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Positives: It had a working shower and tv and decently nice staff

Negatives: Everything else. The beds are old and musty. House keeping never shows up even when scheduled. Check in kept getting delayed. The hotel charged me the full night stay for the week everyday and made my credit card go wayyyy over the limit. There’s no drinking water anywhere in the hotel. It’s stinky. No amenities. Reused toilet paper. Thin walls and just overall not a good experience

Positives: What happened to this hotel? We have stayed here many times. Always a pleasure ….but this time not so much…. Ants in the bathroom, the heater didn’t work . Someone knocked on our door early in the morning to come to spray the ants, while we were still in bed. No room service. We were given a 10.00 Starbucks card for the inconveniences…..not even close to satisfying us.
