Room was clean, location was good, and the parking situation would have been great had the elevator been working. The cost included a $25 breakfast of some sort, which might have been good if anyone had been there to serve said breakfast.
Negatives:
The elevator from the underground parking was down, and there was no stairwell to the parking garage. This required walking a block up a steep hill in an alleyway with about two inches of slush and snow on the ground. All while carrying luggage. Not ideal, but these things happen.
I could have really used that breakfast, but the front desk staff were busy and simply said "breakfast is up there." I walked into the restaurant and looked around, but nobody was there, and there was no breakfast to be found. I was short on time, so after waiting for a few minutes I had to leave without having eaten. Looked like a nice place for breakfast if it had been on offer?

Staff in the restaurant and front desk are always friendly and helpful - even with a bust plumbing pipe that spilled over a bit to the mail hallway - the manager where on top of the problem smiling and taking care of business. Can't wait to come back for another romantic get away with my lovely wife.
Negatives:
We come her every time we need a break because there is nothing that we don't like.
