I liked the large soaker tub. The room was fairly large and very quiet.
Negatives:
The tv wasn't working. We took the remote control down to the front desk where we were given new batteries but it wasn't any better. We were told that the person who could fix it wouldn't be available until the following morning and they would be able to come and knock on our door early. We didn't want to be bothered by anyone early in the morning and were planning on leaving in the morning. We weren't offered another room, even though the hotel had a lot of empty rooms.

The ease of text pre-check in and text checkout were great and really streamlined the check in/check out process. LOVED the fact the room had vinyl planking instead of carpet! Loved the coffee nook with the bar sink....very handy! The beds were amazingly comfy!!
Negatives:
When I booked the property, I requested an upper floor thinking I would be booked into the tower (which has an elevator). I was not aware that there was another 2 storey building on the property (which does not have an elevator, only stairs). I am currently on a wait list for knee reconstruction, so having to walk up and down stairs was quite difficult for my stay. I think it would be prudent to add into your marketing info, that one building does not have elevators.

The hotel grounds were beautiful...
Positives:
Great room, great location, very clean which is the #1 thing I look for when booking a hotel. Just a quick walk from a number of restaurants and the SOEC. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to a concert or show. The onsite restaurant was great, we went for a late night drink and pizza after our concert and the server/bartender was awesome. Loved the jacuzzi room, we’d love to stay here again in the winter and utilize the fireplace.
Negatives:
Bed could be comfier, amenities were closed for repair (we were aware before booking), 6 texts, 2 booking.com messages and 2 phone calls checking in on us was a little much for my liking but I can appreciate the attentiveness
