Positives:
The room smelled great. The pool & hottub were enjoyable The breakfast was delicious. I would of welcomed a larger variety of fruit.
Negatives:
The beds were somewhat uncomfortable, with no extra blankets There was no option of filtered water in the room or offered to purchase at check-in, the tap water was very chlorinated & undrinkable. No view from the window except a solid wall.

Everything was great, from breakfast with specialty coffee like French vanilla to fresh fruits! Front desk staff (Alexis) was polite and very helpful and the staff at the breakfast was very nice too. We were given an unexpected update to the honeymoon suite which was beautiful and much appreciated. Will definitely return when we go that way!

Positives:
The property is very family friendly. At least 4 grills for families to use, tables and umbrellas on clean, fresh grass with a playground for children. We saw family reunions around the outdoor pool and the indoor pool and hot tub were great as well. Very clean grounds, pet friendly, lots of landscaping, water fountains & flowers. The breakfast is plentiful, and delicious. Five minute walk to the beach and large park.

If the room provide USB that would be great. The staff here are friendly and helpful. We reached the hotel early, the staff told us to take a rest at their greenly courtyard facing their pool. Very happy stayed there 1 night.

Positives:
The breakfast was amazing! The eggs had cheese or peppers and onions in them each day, bacon was thick sliced and delicious. The staff were super kind and helpful. The environment was safe and welcoming and very family-friendly. I would definitely recommend the hotel!

There were several things wrong with our room (the shower didnt work, there was mold on the bathroom window, the light didnt work, and the room did not smell good). We phoned the front desk and complained about the problems and even asked to switch rooms but they said they didnt have any left (fyi Booking.com said they had 5 rooms available for that evening at the time of calling). They did not try at all to help us fix any of these problems or make our stay more comfortable. We were so unhappy we left a day early and when we tried to get a refund for our last night, they said no because we never complained to them about the room. This was very frustrating because we made a point of calling to tell them how bad the room was. Not the best experience here - I would not recommend it.
