They charge us after we recieved an email which said that our credit card wans't valid and the reservation wasn't confirmed and we didn't change the credit card so we thought we didn't have the reservation but at the end the charged us the full amount. And they were very unflexible when we told them and explained the situation.

Hot tub was cold, hotel was super noisy till midnight, heater way to noisy all night, 5 am hotel super noisy when hot water was used I thought our room was the boiler room firing up it was so loud it woke us from our sleep.
