Breakfast was OK. The rooms were clean and the property was new. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Location for us was optimal as it was very close to the convention center

The location of the property was disappointing, vis a vis its surroundings. Compared to other properties near by, which were surrounded by trees and greenery, the Fairfield was mostly gravel, dirt and pavement. Not good curb appeal.

I haven't stayed in Marriott in very long time and I felt their service has declined by a lot since the last stay. The main desk staff should have been helpful. We traveled with a 5 month baby and wanted to eat lunch in our room. We asked for plates and were denied.
