Wifi slow and it shows breakfast included but there is none- others had complained about the same thing so I’m not sure why the property hasn’t changed that or contacted booking.com to fix the error

Stayed in room 203. I found the bedsheets and pillows to be quite dirty, which affected the overall comfort of my stay. In their listing it is mentioned that they are serving free breakfast, but when I inquired at the reception, I was told that breakfast was not being served. The receptionist mentioned that there is an error in the description on Booking.com that they are unable to change.
I am curious to know whether this issue lies with your hotel's communication or if it's a problem with Booking.com. Either way, it was quite disappointing as it misled me about the services provided.
