A little bit worn around the edges but extremely clean and comfortable with basic services like fridge and coffee maker which is all I needed. Also close to places to eat and major roads that lead downtown and out of town.
Negatives:
Although my room was very comfortable and extremely clean, it shows wear, especially on the floor. Would probably be more appealing to customers if these little defects could be upgraded.
