This place is now a HOSTEL for the homeless of Prince George. It is surrounded by a hire wire fence and has a guard on the gate. they do NOT accept overnight guests and the woman in charge was surprised that I was able to "book" a room thru Booking.com As went to the Ramada close bu and phone the owner. He offered me another place to stay a cab ride away I declined. My money MUST be refunded. The owner was belligerent on the phone with me. Please confirm ASAP that the room charge has been refunded.

At least it wasn't too expensive.
Negatives:
This was booked for another traveller and the deposit payment was taken only in cash and then a handwritten receipt was given only after repeated requests. Additionally, staff claim there are no cleaning services due to COVID-19, but they should actually increase them to avoid infection. Now my guest has bedbugs ... Leaving immediately.
