Some of the rooms are still outdated. I stayed in a room with a big tub but looked really old looking

We loved the shower was better then we where expecting! The location was great we could walk to the Keg and the brewery. Everything was very clean and within walking distance. It was the perfect location for our weekend away from the kids.
Negatives:
We didnt like that there was no oven to use. we should have read the description better prior to booking. The bed was too soft for our liking but we love a firm bed. I wish the front desk would have told us that you needed to use a room key to get the elevator to move, thankfully another guest helped us out.

The rooms were ok
Negatives:
The staff was rude the cleaners were ignorant. Cops were called for us being a little late checking out like 30 min it was an embarrassing event where I was not aloud to rent there again. It was blown so out of proportion that I don't ever want to stay there again. Not to mention the street people frequently outside the establishment begging for change to get drugs. I would recommend finding some where else to rent a room.
