Between Tuesday, Apr 23rd, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Apr 24th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Apr 24th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 24, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: Being double charged and. Now going on to two weeks without seeing our return back . First excuse being a glitch in the system . With a email transfer to get the money back to us . Now theyre saying we have to wait longer . Do not recommend this place at all
