The hotel was very close to hospital which was the purpose of our trip.
Negatives:
Although there was 3 beds in my room there was no where to hang anything up. Also no attendant in the breakfast room until 730 which was a problem since they were out of plates and many other things before 7:30.

It had a fake grass spot for pets to do their business at least but no garbage nearby to put poo bags into. Was very small but thats due to the downtown location.
Negatives:
I was in a room for persons with Disability. It was a good size room and clean but the room was very hot and the wall unit for heating/cooling wasnt working but they fixed that. The bed were both horrible mattresses which was terrible for my bad back. I woke up in a lot of pain. The room was located by an elevator and stairwell so it was constant noise all night. I barely slept a wink and even my service dog barked. It was awful. Never again!

The room was nice and clean. The room had a fridge and microwave, coffee machine as well. The breakfast was nice and simple, very convenient. The check-in and check-out were fast. We travel with a dog. The dog fee is $25. Make sure you book a dog-friendly room if you will travel with a dog. Overall a good hotel for one night.

A lot of homeless around. No parking was available at the hotel facility.

Good location, helpful and friendly staff, and fair price. I found it noisy - could hear TVs and conversations from both rooms adjoining mine. Otherwise it was very good. Breakfast is ok
