Just about everything. This place is old and run down. Stains on everything, including all the linens and furniture. The walls are dirty. The TV remote has animal bite marks. I could hear every noise from both outside and adjacent rooms.

Everything was wrong. Very run down and in need of serious repairs, hot tub and ice machine didnt work. We got locked out of the room and onto the balcony twice. We had to climb over the rail to the next patio; from the top floor in my night gown and slippers.
Staff sucked and was very unprofessional for a Ramada.
Was charged twice on my credit card for the stay. Once by Booking.com on the 13th and again at check out on the 18th, yet the hotel knew Booking.com was reimbursing our stay; they havent yet.
When I contacted them today she was rude and pissed me off, but I am awaiting Ramadas scam charge.
Absolutely disgusted and the Ramada put us in physical harm for money and profit. Nah
