Positives: The pool was not operational during our stay.

Negatives: Service was minimum. Clothing from previous guest left in the room. Cleanliness in general was questionable. TV remote didn’t work. Few of the lamps didn’t work.

Positives: Honestly my stay was Terrible.

Negatives: When I checked in at 1am my first rooms ceiling was leaking from rain so I went to lobby to change rooms... Got a different room... Needed wifi for work and so I called front desk and couldn't evderstand her accent so I went to lobby to ask for it to be written down and she got mad saying I can't keep bugging her like this!! The doors were locked becaus it was late so I asked if she could write it down and just show me through the door but she wouldn't even do that she told me to get it in the morning which is when I was checking out

Negatives: Pillows where stained yellow cause we removed the dirty one when we arrived. Bathtub has a hole in the side and is very dirty. Curtains where frayed at bottom and had a rip about a foot long. The sheer ones. Airconditioning was Horrible!! And the breakfast was Hard booked eggs and plain bagels very disappointing.

Negatives: The air conditioning was not working well. In the pool the hot tub was out off service. Smoke alarm batterie low witch made the alarm BEEP. They didn't replace it.There was breakfast but not a lot of choice to eat. Staff although not unfriendly not really welcoming as well and forgot to do the requested services.

Positives: My room was spacious , clean and comfortable. Wifi was good and did not lag at all while watching a movie. Hotel was within walking distance to some restaurants and bridge across river. There was a nice farmers market on Saturday dow the way.

Negatives: There was breakfast offered in the morning...it was simple but did the job if you were in a hurry. If you didnt get there early the selection was a bit more limited.

Positives: Great location close to everything

Negatives: Room was dirty, towels stained, half patched up walls mid reno. The hot tub was out of order and the pool was supposed to be available but they put a pad lock on it so no one could use it. No maid service while staying and we were only giving 2 coffee pods for our 2 night stay. Also we had to hook the tv up.

Positives: We were content to have something for breakfast it saved us time from going to a drive through as we were driving through.
