Positives: Shuttle service to and from Vancouver airport, close to public transport links into Vancouver, large room with good hanging space and drawers.

Negatives: Booked breakfast was replaced by take-away bag without any previous communication. Room was dark (poor lighting), outdated furniture. Towels had laundry residue and didn't dry well. Hotel is between two busy roads.

Negatives: Price! Paid CAD 380 per night which is very expensive for the facilities…. Free breakfast was advertised but they give complimentary cupcake, croissant, protein bar, apple and juice.. hot breakfast is charged CAD 16 per person which is not advertised and is misleading.. AC was making noise and couldn’t sleep all night.. heard other guests complaining about the same on the free shuttle to airport..
