Good news! Before Sunday, Jul 20th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Sunday, Jul 20th, 2025 at midnight and Monday, Jul 21st, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Jul 21st, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jul 21, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Guarantee Policy

Positives: The room was spacious along with the bathroom. The hotel was a bit of a distance to shops (except costco which was across the road) however there was a bus to the sky train station that you could catch to the city or airport. The bed and pillows were comfy and the place was clean.

Negatives: Breakfast was poor with no hot food, except oatmeal that your could heat in the microwave. Poor information at reception, this seems to be the case in all hotels in North America, although the staff were nice.
