Between Friday, Mar 21st, 2025 at midnight and Saturday, Mar 22nd, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Mar 22nd, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Mar 22, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Good size room and nice location

Negatives: Could not use walkways around building from handicap spots to room as their shuttle van was always backed in over the top of sidewalk forcing us to walk in middle of parking lot behind vehicles. Floors were very dirty in room, especially if you moved any furniture and some sticky spots. Staff were very nice though.

Positives: Staff, room was clean and amenities were sufficient. Restaurant nearby. Uber Eats or Door Dash is another option. Close to Airport and has a Shuttle. Coffee machine in Lobby.

Negatives: It would be great for an early morning flight but I was coming in from a late flight and was looking forward to sleeping in until 7:30-8am. Unfortunately the people around me didn’t get the memo! I had room above me up at 5am making lots of noise. So my plan of getting a room to sleep & catch Ferry next day wasn’t necessary. Should have caught last Ferry and slept in my own bed.

Positives: Loved the fact there is an airport shuttle just for Accent Inn. The drivers are always nice and after a long flight there’s nothing better than being shuttled to a comfortable, quiet room.

Negatives: I would like it if there was also a body cream along with shampoo and hand soap. Flying dries the skin badly and I remember Accent Inns always had it in the past. Small point but one I really appreciated.

Positives: We booked a king room but none were available so we were upgraded to a junior suite which was very nice. Checkin staff member was very friendly. Room had coffee maker, fridge and microwave. There was no breakfast included but the restaurant attracted gave us a discount on the breakfast. All in all a good experience.

Negatives: We had to park quite a ways from our room. The parking lot was full.
