Between Monday, Apr 21st, 2025 at midnight and Tuesday, Apr 22nd, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Apr 22nd, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 22, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: The shuttle service to and from YVR was appreciated. The bed in our room was very comfortable. This hotel is situated on a busy thoroughfare so the sound of traffic is prominent. It is kind of like a white noise so we are able to tune it out.
