Positives: The Accent Inn is always clean, comfy, and convenient. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. There’s a games room. Free bike rentals. Fresh ground to brew coffee in the lobby that is so good. Grab the mug from the room and make the trek to get a double cup of fabulous coffee in the A.M. Especially if you’re there after a late night flight, heading out on an early one, or staying for a sports tourni. The beds are perfectly firm, good pillows, the rooms are clean! It so comfortable. It’s top notch.

Negatives: It would be super if the hot tub was operating again.

Positives: The motel room was a nice size. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The reception staff was helpful and courteous. There was even a rubber ducky in the bathroom!

Negatives: The shower wasn’t cleaned and there was brown hair on the shower wall. There were always stains on the carpet that kind of looked like blood. There was also someone else’s take out food left in the fridge. Didn’t have a good sleep knowing that the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned…

Positives: The location is awesome with a shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. Also, its adjacent restaurant (Eggspectation Richmond) is very clean, has great meal options, and the service/meals are excellent. The hotel lobby has free hot chocolate (yummy) and very nice coffee 24/7 from a single-brew machine.

Negatives: Ants, a lot of them on the floor and tub, but the maintenance guy came to fix it right after. It was quiet most of the time, but the upstairs guest was slamming his/her door several times around 2 am and was quite loud.
