A crazy parking system where you have to check in before parking ? We didn’t but arrived at the car park to hotel door to find we couldn’t get in. Thankfully another resident came out of the door

Good hotel for an overnight...
Positives:
In the center of Richmond, only takes eight minutes to walk to CF mall. It is very convenient to go to eat and close to the airport. The front desk is very friendly.

The cleaner forgot to give us towels, there were no towels in the room.

They clearly offered shuttle service to and from YVR however it was not available claiming it was not running due to employee contractual breakdown. When I asked for reimbursement for taxis to and from YVR I was informed the hotel was not providing vouchers or refunds!
