I couldn’t believe how sound proof the rooms were. I stayed twice on two different occasions. One was backing onto the lift and although I’d never want to be next to the lifts I barely heard a thing. The ammenities were incredible too. I love that brand.

Corporate refuse to honour ALL membership if booked by a third party. That is nonsense. All you are doing is saying you hate your customers as a hotel. Corporate happily takes these bookings but wants to punish someone. But you punish your loyal guests and not yourself for taking the booking. It's a really bad way to promote loyalty. My reaction is to spend less with your hotel group which is surely the opposite to that which you want for your business. ALL doesn't understand its customers!
