We had to sign a paper saying no smoking or wr would be charged 350, but the hallway and the rooms stunk of smoke. I have an allergy to smoke and it effected me greatly. I do not want to be charged 350 for a snell that was already there.

Our room door was open upon check in (does not shut unless you pull closed). No cable tv, no tv guide, no pen and paper in the room, no Kleenex, coffee maker but no coffee cups.

Have stayed here twice before...
Positives:
Didn’t eat breakfast as there was rats running around everywhere outside. Hotel is run down and falling apart. Rooms not cleaned well. Tried to put me in a SMOKING room. Beds are hard no enough pillows and towels. Room was not refreshed the second day again no new towels. Bathroom door was hinged with an Allen key not a hinge pin TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY . I could go on
