Positives: We liked the location. And the ease of booking

Negatives: There was stains on furniture, hottub wasn't hot and the jet weren't working well, window would only open 4 inches or so since there was a stopper on the slide. The hotel in general needs some TLC like paint etc or just more attention to small details like picture frames and floor maps not being straight/level

Positives: Not much.

Negatives: Said online there was a shuttle from the airport. There was none we stood out there for an hour before we went back inside to find out that thier shuttle service had been suspended. We then had to take a cab back and fourth at a extra cost of 50 dollars. When talking to the front desk we were argued with about the shuttle service and told they have not had one for 6 years. But if you google do they have a shuttle service it says yes. Also unflushed toilet paper in toilet and some lights did not work.
