The property inside the room they have carpet and smells so badly. Also the bed sheets have some stains probably from previous guesses. The only staff who was working an Indian guy sleeping all the time, never on the front desk lobby to receive people. Then you have to call him all the time to ask something. The guy is the only one preparing the breakfast, and setting up everything. But it was supposed to be done by 7:30 and the guy didn’t showed up. There was nothing prepared. Then we needed to call him and he woke up from inside the lobby office. Because he doesn’t used the alarm to woke up before 7:30. I stayed 3 days and he did the same everyday. People needed to wait for him to setting up the food at the dinning room. My card key room always got problems, everyday got invalidated then I have to go downstairs to call the guy and wait about 5 min to him to shows up to unlock my key card. He said because I probably keep it with the cellphone or any other magnetic cards. BUT I didn’t the card was locked all the time. In 3 days nobody even bothered to come to clean the room or ask if I need something. I didn’t see any other staff. The only person was the same guy which was also very impolite. I understand this Motel is CHEAP and what else could you expect from them, but at least they could do better.

The sheets were dirty, we had no towels, the breakfast was a loaf of bread, the lobby smelled like weed, it was VERY dirty. Our bed was covered in black and brown stains? Or it was never washed.

Everything. Very unclean, staff was nowhere to be found, key card was not set up properly so we were locked out for 2nd day, police were around the building on multiple occasions. Generally a terrible experience, so bad that we left after one night and booked another hotel. Avoid at all costs, as this place should honestly be shut down.

Staff was not very helpful or concerned about anything. Had to use phone at desk to call him - and when he finally showed up - looked stoned.
This hotel must have long term renters - ie : people with addictions etc. the hotel is dirty, smells, sketchy people loitering around & I was awoken by knocks on neighbour doors many times throughout the night. Drug dealing ? Hookers ? Not sure . Was terrible . Asked for a refund for the 2nd and 3rd night I had booked.

To start with, the mold around the bathtub, pee stains on chairs, cigarette burn marks on comforter, extremely overwhelming smell of air fresheners, tv constantly froze, for up to 4 hours once, no bath towels, no coffee machine, no Kleenex, no coffee cups, staff nowhere to be seen, bathroom was floor was disgusting. Will never stay there again
