i did not like the maintenance guy using a nailer,hammer and compresor right outside our room at 8am sharpe. i also really disliked that there were only blinds over half the wind and only shear blinds over the other half so that you're are forced to awaken with the sun!!!

Lobby bar - bartender was the best part. Food was good at bar - restaurant was WAY too noisy.
Negatives:
Got there after 4 pm. Didn't have our reservation. 3 young women who spent 1/2 hour trying to find it.
Maybe not trained well. Blamed booking.com.
Was sure I'd booked an ocean view room but they said no. Made a "deal" to upgrade for $40. + tax.
