Between Thursday, Sep 19th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Sep 21st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Sep 21st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 21, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Once we upgraded to an Ocean view and upgraded to a balcony, it was very nice. The service at the restaurant was very good but food just OK. There were a lot of facilities but we didn't use any of them. The settings are beautiful in a beautiful area.

Negatives: The bed for sure. It was so hard and as an older person it was painful. I would have liked to be able to make tea in my room but there was only coffee supplies.

Negatives: Partial ocean view Beds were overly soft and bouncy, perhaps need upgrading? No robes in room and no delivery of robes to room. Coffee cups in rooms were paper cups and other cups were plastic. Carpets in room were badly stained.

Negatives: The guest rooms are disappointing. Nothing at all special, bland, standard furnishings...stark actually. Expected much more "luxury" for that price especially in the location. We've stayed in far less expensive hotels that felt far more luxurious!
