Good news! Before Thursday, May 22nd, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Thursday, May 22nd, 2025 at midnight and Friday, May 23rd, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, May 23rd, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 23, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

This booking is fully refundable if you cancel before 2025-05-21 11:59 PM. If cancelled after 2025-05-22 12:00 AM, 16 percent penalty will be charged. This booking is Non-refundable after 2025-05-23 12:00 AM.
