Customer service and "pet-friendliness" - I tried reaching out through this website regarding the rooms being pet-friendly since it seems like while they tagged the hotel as being pet-friendly, it's only in specific rooms, and they don't make it clear at all upon booking whether or not the rooms that I booked were pet-friendly. We booked a Business King Room and a Business Queen Room. So I wanted to double check but they never responded. I finally got ahold through phone and sure enough, the 2 rooms that I had were not pet-friendly and they no longer have any pet-friendly rooms available so there's no way we can proceed. However, because of their cancellation policy, they're charging me for the rooms even though we didn't get to stay. Had they responded to my inquiry, I would have known sooner and I could have cancelled early enough. I requested for an exception for the cancellation fee but have not heard back and I see that I was charged regardless and that's a little over $500!!!! Very unreasonable!!!!

constantley out of water tried explaining to manager as he needs to order more water taking into consideration hot weather simple common sense but could not understand and embarrassed by house keeper staff shout in reception if we had left tip (allthough we had) breakfast was not what you would expect in a four star hotel

Needed a quick stop for our family and it was perfect. Super comfortable and the breakfast was top-knotch with make your own waffles plus so much more. The beds and room were actually surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom is small and nothing special but hey for a quick night over it was just what we needed.

I found one of the room cleaners tone very helpful and acted promptly on getting more towels and toilet paper for my room. Only person who helped and in a timely maner

I found my room was dirtyithad. Needle rotten food under the bed and was not cleaned. Coffee on counter gum on floor broken coffee pot I paid about 800$ plusfpr a 4day trip and it didn't meet any of my ecpectations. It was pe of the worst places I've stayed in years. I was even bit by something in my bed which is kinda grouse

Was not be allowed to check in with my husbands credit card. He had to stay home with our children and I came to surrey with my elderly father who has a fractured hip because his sisters funeral is tomorrow and we arrived on site and was refused at check in because of not having my own credit card. They wouldnt allow my husband to FaceTime and show his ID over the phone and they also would not let me pay a deposit of 500$ debit for the incidental fee.
It is now 11pm at night and after travelling for 7 hours we now have no location to stay and I have nothing else to comment but that this has been a horrendous situation with absolutely no compassion.
