The breakfast was great, we really appreciated the variety and change up from day to day. We also liked the fresh fruit and the availability of coffee, tea and water when the eating area was closed.
Negatives:
It wasn't a huge deal but there were a couple of sports teams that checked in near the end of our stay and we needed to time when we would go for breakfast because when both groups were down we weren't able to find any room to sit down.

Pet friendly rooms are on floors 2 and 5, I feel floor 5 is too high, and some pets obviously have not made it past the elevator. Lower floors would be better as one could quickly use the stairs.

On arrival the check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Best staff in a hotel I’ve experienced.
Breakfast was amazing and so many options for our family.
Staff opened the slide for the kids whenever we asked and went above and beyond for us. Hotel was clean with huge TV and large room updated room.
