Perfect for the one night...
Positives:
We liked the location with shops nearby. Bus stop to down town Vancouver was very near to hotel. A Landry to self wash our clothes was great especially after we had done a cruise. The breakfast buffet was fairly good with several pastry choices as well. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
It seems in hotels in the U.S. And Canada that they mainly cater for coffee drinkers with only a coffee making machine available and no kettle available for tea drinkers.

Very nice people.
Positives:
The property was lean and the staff were exceptional. They began our stay with a lovely introduction. We were upgraded to a lovely large room and it was an excellent beginning to our vacation. The fact that they offered transportation was the main reason we booked with them but it was just the beginning.
Negatives:
The only issue we had with the property was the bathtub. It was very dangerous and for a short person it was hard to get in. They also need to supply rubber mats for the tub since it was so slippery

Lovely stay at Atrium!
Positives:
I enjoyed the free parking, but the garage was a little tight to get in and out - it was also underground and looked sketch but appreciated the free parking! The room itself was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! The staff were all so nice :)

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious and there was a good selection for the included breakfast. Excellent underground free parking and a public bus stop just outside that takes you into town.
Negatives:
It's obviously near a main road so quite a bit of traffic noise throughout the night that can't be helped.

Breakfast is extremely bad. Only few options there.
Location is also not good at all. After almost 1.5 KM while going towards downtown Vancouver you can find so many hippies and drug addicts.
Staff charged me an amount for early check in. I have been to so many hotels before, none of them charged me ever for early check in. Hotels waived it as a courtesy — especially when rooms are available.
Steamers were provided in the room instead of a standard iron. While steamers may work for some garments, they are quite ineffective for pressing items like jeans or formal pants.
