Location was close to downtown and major highways
Negatives:
There was a sticky mouse trap stuck to the wall in the breakfast restaurant for many weeks definitely not appealing. Also there was one staff at front desk a blondish lady with an accent that was really rude and condescending but the rest of the staff were nice, and the property is outdated definitely could use renovations.

It’s ok being the most...
Positives:
Breakfast was very good. The room was super spacious and there was a shuttle to the cruise terminal. The staff was very nice and made sure we were comfortable. The location is good for food at the shipyard.
Negatives:
It is a little older so its not all fresh paint and new fixtures, but it was super clean, good breakfast, walkable neighborhood with Starbucks and CVS close, and the staff was great.

It was close to where we were going and they had complimentary parking

The curtains had stains and holes all over them, the dresser had broken handles, wallpaper was coming off the walls, and no microwave. For the price we paid it was not what I expected. This is one of the most disappointing places I have ever stayed at and paid the most money.
