Check in and out was easy. Staff all very friendly, helpful and knowledgable of local area. Suite was a good size to accomodate three adults. Beds were comfortable. Room was pretty soundproof to internal noise

Rooms are a little tired and street outside can be noisy at night. I did not think the hotel matched the photos or description I read at time of booking. Would have liked a kettle to have been provided in the room without having to ask

location to shopping and harbours excellent. There is obviously a big drug issue around the downtown area, tourists would feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Not a hotel fault, but definitely needs cleaning up.

nothing. wrong with location and hotel. Problem was open drug use and homeless hanging around the vicinity

I am very disappointed as a result of no continental breakfast and no possible way the dining room could accommodate the guests due to staffing alone.
