The bed and sofa bed were very uncomfortable very basic room. The area where the hotel is located has a lot of homeless and a lot of drug related activities. Whilst walking back to the hotel a lit cigarette was thrown at myself and my 12 year old daughter, the cigarette landed in my hair! Very unpleasant experience and distressing for my daughter who didn't feel safe after this. We checked out of the hotel early due to this. Would definitely not stay here again.

Our suite was large, modern and with good quality furnishings. Reception was friendly and looked impressive. The location was walkable to all the places we needed to get to.
Negatives:
The immediate environment outside the hotel was not the most pleasant. I wanted a late checkout due to a 9pm flight, however a 4pm checkout would have meant paying for another night at the hotel. This is ridiculous compared with all the other hotels I have stayed at.
