Five day stay in Vancouver....

Helpful staff, great for city strolls in Vancouver, large room.

Loud as the hospital is on the next block, we needed to re-program both keycards twice, the wifi was not working, but staff for super helpful. Would just be nice to have everything setup the first time already.

Lack of smaller saucepans in kitchen for a 2 person room, only 2 enormous saucepans and a large frying pan, which was too big for hob, had to use 2 rings to cook with it.

A nice coffee shop is inside the hotel. There are various choices such as sandwiches and muffins. Also, the coffee in the coffee shop is great.
Negatives:
I have visited Vancouver many times since 2015. Generally, I have stayed in the hotels on Robson Street, and this is my first time staying here. However, I am not very pleased. First, the staff members were not very nice, especially when I checked out, she didn't even say hello to me (when I said hello, she was just looking at me). Secondly, I paid the same price as my friend did, but my room was on the corner on the 7th floor and had just a parking lot view, but my friend got a room with a good view. I don't understand a staff member's explanation there was a different category(but why price is the same?). My room had an old bathroom, there wasn't a shower gown. In addition, there was no refill of coffee one day, and the machine was not cleaned sometimes. Overall, my impression of this hotel is not great so I won't go back to this place.

Our one bedroom studio apartment on the 29th floor was amazing. The views were incredible and the apartment was just lovely. Spotlessly clean. Big jacuzzi bath. Huge bed! well equipped kitchen. Would come and stay here again if in Vancouver. Location was spot on for seeing the city.
Negatives:
Next to a hospital- you could hear the sirens through the night.
